Since 1973 Nelson has been designing and manufacturing high quality, precision fabricated metal products for clients throughout North America and worldwide. Our 150,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility in Pickering, ON, produces a wide range of propriety and OEM products. METAL ACCESS DOORS
Nelson, under the ACUDOR name, produces an extensive line of Metal Access Doors for wall and ceiling applications in commercial, institutional, industrial and residential buildings across North America and globally. The Doors offered include; Flush, Recessed, Surface Mount, Fire Rated, Security, Duct, Valve Boxes, Floor Hatches, Roof Hatches and Smoke Vents. They are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. ACUDOR Access Doors are an industry leader and are available
in a wide range of standard and customized sizes. Doors are distributed through two subsidiary Divisions,
Acudor Products Inc. and Acudor Acorn Ltd.

ARCHITECTURAL METALS
Nelson’s Architectural Metals Division designs, engineers and manufacturers all types of architectural metal products for virtually any commercial or institutional application. This includes Wall and Ceiling Panels, Column Covers and unique, custom architectural furnishings – all offered in painted steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Nelson’s portfolio of projects includes customized installations at transit facilities, stadiums, airport terminals, universities, commercial buildings and many other applications throughout Canada and the United States.

AUTOMOTIVE DIVISION
Nelson provides Dealerships with a broad range of productive and innovative solutions for their fixed operations, including NEOS Technician Bench Systems, Service Podiums, Drive-thru Benches and storage equipment for the Parts Department. NEOS can be configured as a Stand-alone Bench, however to achieve a configuration that impacts your dealership significantly, consider our Continuous Bench with a Wall System. NEOS is comprised of a wide variety of Cabinets including an innovative approach to incorporating the Alignment Bay into the bench system. NEOS is offered in a multitude of colour options.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
The Contract Manufacturing Division provides a variety of services that distinguish Nelson as a leader in the precision metal fabrication industry. Nelson’s vast manufacturing expertise encompasses fabrication, stamping, welding, finishing and assembly. Our value-added services include design/engineering, prototyping/testing and project management. We support a wide variety of industries
including Telecom, Transportation, Electronic, Institutional Lab Furniture, Home Products and Advertising Signage.

STORAGE PRODUCTS
Nelson’s Storage Products serve commercial, institutional and industrial applications. The NEOS Modular Drawer system is designed to improve the operational efficiency within various work environments by organizing small-medium sized parts storage through the use of cabinetry, workstations and drawer adapter units for shelving.

STOR-MOR is a high-density mobile storage system with the versatility to accommodate a wide range
of material while significantly reducing the area required for storage.

In addition to NEOS Cabinets, NEOS Drawers and the STOR-MOR System, Nelson can design and produce custom storage solutions to meet a client's specific needs.
